| 290 Light oval grid cancel. 2022 PFC and 2013 PSAG certificate both graded 98. Pretty color. Not often found so lovely. In fact, the PF has only graded four used stamps at 98 and none higher while PSE has none graded higher than 98 $1,400.00 | ||
